Since my next vacation is in 10 weeks I think I will set a weight goal of 180, no 179 to be below 180. Almost 14 pounds but I should be able to do it if I try hard. Last picture from the burger place I couldn't resist. You can see the ocean in the distance across the street.

Abba - I tried to make my goal reasonable and within reach. Last year I was able to lose 7-10 pounds a month. It's much harder now but I need to lose 1.5 pounds a week to reach 14 pounds by vacation!
