Woke at 225.6, up .8 from yesterday. Going to the drag races today so I’m not sure what the day will bring. Perhaps lunch and perhaps dinner with friends after. I’ll adjust tomorrow either way. UPDATE: Lots of sunshine, fun with friends, and food, but I kept it pretty cool. Ate over calorie target but not too bad on carbs. Came home at 227.4. Will recuperate tomorrow with a 773 calorie OMAD day.
