Before at 220-225 pounds to today at 184 pounds. I had a back injury that caused me to quit lifting for a while. I gained a lot of fat and lost a lot of muscle. Thank God for muscle memory.

Thanks, Shirfleur, Kay, and Keyten! Yes, sciatica is terrible. It was the worst pain I ever experienced by far! I had two separate pinches. On my second, I was walking around like Igor for weeks.

From this pic to close to where I am now, it only took 10 months(Jan 2012-October 2012. I've maintained for the most part since then. Of course, I still had my ups and downs but never got this out of shape since 2012.

Thanks, Immort777, I forgot to answer the question of how long I was injured for. Like Keyten, I had it for around 3 years off and on, in that time I went through many difficulties. Two sciatic nerve pinches will do that. It definitely reminds me to always be humble. At any time, your health can be taken away with an injury or illness.
