Went to the vineyard and picked over 2 gal of blackberries, they are about gone. Was 80 degrees and spent an hour and a half there before coming in to put up those I picked.

Ate a double breakfast/lunch of cereal and goat milk and drank a quart of water. Was sweating like a pig! O2 fine but HR a little tachy but soon cooled down. Exercise tolerance is increasing and I am doing more each day.

Then started supper--rabbit chowder===and washed dishes and cleaned kitchen.

Did desk work to prepare for Thursday farmers market trip

Starting to get more hungry now than at first...temptations! But not keeping anything in the house that I can "snack" on so am able to resist excess eating.

Haven't really actually "lost" any weight yet, scale fluctuates between 210 and 212 but can tell my stomach is shrinking and pants are looser.

Feeling better too and making sure I get my 4 quarts of liquid down each day.
