Still sticking 100% to my diet, and finding it easier each day, though I am still tempted at times. My sodium intake is actually a bit TOO low as only sodium I am getting is from meat and milk and a bit from cereal and bread.
With the amount of weight I want to lose (another 35 pounds) I know it will take me at least 4 to 6 months to accomplish it even if I stick to the diet 110% LOL I know I can take the weight off, but just will need to make sure I do n ot gain it back.
Being more active helps and feeling better makes being active easier at least inside the house. Outside is high heat and humidity.
