Rainy day had a milk shake with ice and 2 cups of goat milk with vanilla flavoring and stevia for sweetning, Left over rabbot chowder for lunch and then cooked a good big pot of sauce for spagetti for a change. Going to be a busy week, got to go to the dentist tomorrow and have the anibioticfic refilled and in in a week or so go back and have a root canal.

Will have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, or steel cut oats that cooked, the slow digestion keeps your blood sugar up and keeps you from getting so hungry. Eat the last bowl of the rabbit chowder for lunch and the spaghjetti for dinner.

Also taking flack seed and a 1/3 cup of apple sauce to get it down.
