Stopped for gas on my way to the gym (reluctantly hauling my butt there!) and this sign was above the pump...there is a time I would have been tempted but now it just looks like a headache to me. No wonder we struggle with weight and health issues.

Peeperjj— I don’t eat protein bars except when I hike and then I just buy Nature Valley and carry dried fruit and nuts. I have a bunch of recipes for hiking protein bars but they don’t travel quit as well. I will look for the FitCrunch— sounds tasty.

The fit crunch will ‘melt’. The coating in the outside melts like chocolate in the heat. I usually carry a snap plastic container with things like that in it when we go on trips. (Kids tend to accidentally smash things lol). I had one in my purse in an end pocket for about a month. It was a little crushed on one end but the rest was solid.
