18% is very low. Did you have to incorporate any tricks to get that low?

Very well done. Do you incorporate some of your ballet exercises into your workouts to maintain your strength?

Thank you guys. Not saying it’s easy or trying to show off to belittle others but just trying to convey that everything is in our power. We all have our demons and we cannot fight them similarly. Assess where you stand and where you can go based on your background. I just know I will never be able to look like a X celebrity with an hourglass figure and all, given my body type. But I can do everything I can to stay healthy and in shape. When you are happy with what you see in the mirror, you are happier in your head too, seriously!

Diablo, I’m a former dancer and naturally an ectomorphe with a very narrow frame. I’m way more thicker now and less “lean” now than 10 years ago. I don’t believe in magic pills nor miracles. My secret, probably a bit different from your routine because you are hypertrophy focuser: healthy nutrition “my style” (I’ll probably make a post about this soon), full body workouts 3 to 4x week (0 cardio and heavy lifting), good life hygiene in general. I don’t take outrageous supplements, just plain daily vitamins, ash because of my bad sleep patterns and krill oil from time to time, for my “good” consciousnesses. The only thing I tolerate from the fitness industry, whey and BCAA when I want more definition. So yeah you might know yourself, no pain no gain 😝

Erq, I actually feel rotten in terms of flexibility now :) I do stretch 10-15min after my workouts but nothing close to what I used to have. By the way, you can try Callanetics, it’s a good discipline inspired from dancing. That’s what I used to do before I started to lift, it was kind of transition between my injuries/drastic retirement and a more fitness oriented focus.
