As I get closer to my goal, have been wondering what other people do when they get to their goal weight on keto to stop losing weight and to just maintain their weight. What are some of y’all experiences and recommendations? I love that I’m able to even be able to ask this question. Never been able to say that I’m almost to my goal. Lol.

You can increase 100 calories a week when you see an increase in weight wait a week for weight to go down

Moving to keto maintenance from weight loss can mean including a few more carbs. Dr Atkins suggested adding a small amount of carbs then assessing, until you stop losing.

You have done so well. My advice would to do what you choose to do very slowly. Transition over many many months. At least that is my plan. I plan to use low carb and fasting as the way to keep weight off as well but work in some high carb days. Hope we get to see some more pics when you are at goal
