Really hard to get a pic of it but I’m gaining some muscle over my shoulder blades. I’ve always had just bones there until I gained weight. Did kind the fat there as it looked better than bones shoulder blades sticking out lol. Hubby says the picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s not much but it’s a start. See Chris? ‘Fast muscle’ Lol. Just took about 5 weeks go get that little bit. The pec machine has always been one I liked but it’s probably my favorite now!

Thanks guys I’m blushing. 🥰 Bella, I’d guess the soup cans are spread between the inner thighs, buttocks and midsection ;). But now I think it’s one soup can of muscle and one of fat. More calming to think of it that way.
