Just in case you are wondering, I weighed in today only because it was scheduled. Am sure the +2 pounds is just a fluke. I will stick to the Back to Basics (20 net carbs) challenge until the 15th, no matter what. Even if I don't lose weight, my body may need that long to detox.
Now, a new turn. Yesterday I ordered Dr. Michael Eades 2011 book (6 Week Cure). I have been greatly enjoying his Blogs. He seems to keep up with the latest research. Also , I love his focus on the nutritional value of food (rather than just weight loss) and the need to limit calories (my downfall).
So, even though the reviews state that the Blogs are better than the book, I'm hoping to gain some structure for my 2013 revised meal plan. I need structure!
Got to run. Didn't finish half of what I planned for yesterday. Also, today is my birthday (am now 59!) so will be going to BIL's for dinner.
