Woke at 237.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Fasting until after work today but I do have a happy hour meeting and likely will have drinks and protein. Going to have to catch up this weekend. UPDATE: Just did drinks at happy hour. Got a lot of good whoosh action today and down to 233.0 after work. Fasting until the morning.
