Calm your mind... set your intentions...allow the universe to work...

Happy happy rainy day..well it’s pouring here...

Have one of them scales that shows fat loss..water ..weight..all kinds of data..what I’ve been learning..if you study the data..it will tell you where..you need to pay more attention..when it comes to more protein...less fat...if I eat say peanut butter...and any other stuff that’s high in fat..my fat goes up..as well as my weight....if you have a scale like I do...and it gives you the data..just a matter of studying it..and going from there to get a handle on what you can or can’t eat that often...thanks to my scales..my protein has gone up...

The food menu...same as the scales...I use it by putting what I plan to eat the next day..the nite before...helps me to see my numbers as for fat..sugar..carbs..I’m retired...ride a trainer or on nicer days cycle outdoors...but don’t burn a lot of calories...most people have jobs...some more demanding then others...so carbs and calories need to be higher...and the ones that exercise more then..need that energy...everyone is different..everyone burns differently...if your a data nerd...use the tools you have..if your not dialed in yet...

Tweaking the food menu...if your plateaued....one change...is easier to track..then changing it all...and having to resync back to where you once were...

Just my 2 cents for the day....my morning thoughts...before I journaled..

Today’s plan...no outside plans...be hooking up iPad to zwift...getting on trainer and getting a workout in today...need to...didn’t ride yesterday..instead it was sunny...so worked in yard..feed the weeds...picked up stuff around the outside..and soaked some vitamin d up...along with some wind burn...but well worth it...so nice yesterday..compared to today...

Welp...time to fix breakfast..get fueled up..start this day out right...

Have a great day....

Interesting. My body composition scales confused me a bit, so I use those numbers more on a weekly basis. Not daily. Carbs, fat and proteins have become simple to me now. Carbs wreck the mind. Fat I got in my 'body-pantry' already. Need only proteins for the muscles. Took awhile to get to this stage. That said, I look forward to enjoy all three macros when the fatloss job is done. Rarely carbs though, will threat them like I do alcohol. For rare occasions.
