relationship stress...got me feeling depressed. wish i didnt have to feel. no workout tonight.

Yeah, relationships are difficult. I thought I liked this boy named Ben. Ben liked me too. One day he asked me out, and I said sure. I realized that I didn't really like him, and I was dreading Monday (the day of the date). I had to tell him I didn't like him, didn't want to go on a date and just wanted to be friends. He was crestfallen. I felt so terrible that I barely ate anything for the next week or so.

WHy no workout? A good workout will release endorphins and make you feel better.

A workout is a good way to get the stress taken out. Focus all of that pent up energy on weight training.

Tennis! I used to picture whoever's face on that ball and whack it. So satisfying, and it definitely improved my game. You could do the same with racket ball at the gym.

Thank you everyone. You are all right. I know working out is best and i love the weights. Sometimes its just hard. Especially not having anyone around me who supports me and my life style changes to keep me going. That is why i come on here. Tonight i i made time and did 40 minutes of strength exercises. ! So glad i did! Thank you for all your support! A coworker suggested this steve harvey book to read about relationships, so i started reading it.
