Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

Sister drove me to bike shop yesterday..45 miles one way..paid part of bill..waiting on bike to come in..trainer is already there asked question about trainer and setting it up...then ride back home..been taking after market parts off cannondale..think I have it sold...bikes are like house trailers..soon as you buy them..you have lost money...more of a sentimental value as to what it means to you..my first road bike...bought it in 2014...

Today’s plan..get my zwift ride/workout after while..took off yesterday cause I hurt so bad..had a weather front moving thru...some of them bother me more then others..never hurt so much till my cycle wreck last April..almost been a year..
