Thursday - worked 6.5 hours of walking last night, my ankles are sore, my back hurts, I'm too old for this. Get to do it again tonight. Joy.But my steps were 12,135 , 13 floors, 8.12 kms, burning 2,348 calories. I ate (approximately) 1908 calories. I went out to lunch with my Mom, had a lovely lunch, then bought myself a "treat" since I knew I would be walking a lot. (I won't tell you what it was, you will have to go look if you are interested!). My calories are estimates based on what equivalents I could find on Google. Sometimes that's the best we can do!
