Good morning everyone;)
Tuesday... is 2 for Tuesday for me so I will try to do 2 things that are positive towards my goals...
Im in need of a exercise regimen again so that needs to be incorporated in for one of my goals...
I have a 16 hr. day so walking will definitely be covered today but...I need more of the strength training so that's one thing to begin with plus I love to Zumba dance and I haven't been ...so I will dust off the DVD and get started on my non working days lol.
I feel like Im now in the ketosis state again yay!
My body has tons of energy...Im not hungry very often now and only eat when I am.
More conscience of cleaner low carb foods this week and less calorie dense foods plus monitoring my macros with more of the healthy fats also this week.
During last week at he beginning of this I was just incorporating low carb whatever foods so I could adjust myself without shocking myself from the sugars my body had been receiving over the last few months.
Have released from the diet sodas now and drinking tons of water...flavored too.
Its funny how when in ketosis you taste the sweetness from a vegetable or other foods and your senses are so much more in tune...
I also love the clarity I get from ketosis... Im not in a cloud of confusion like some days I would be before.
So my 2 for Tuesday is:
1.Incorporate strength training/Zumba dancing
2. Cleaner eating/ drinking more H2o

I would love to hear about some of the other plans towards goals and maybe that I could add to mine to assist me to feel better daily.
Be kind and accepting towards others....support them too with a positive attitude...it may not be what your into but everyone can learn from one another

liv001 Im not always positive but I do try plus it makes me feel better... Thank you and yes its wonderful when your in that ketosis state imo You have a wonderful day yourself;)
