Today is hump day. I read a lot of posts this morning and just about everyone is doing just fine. I like the food choices and made note of some of the ideas to try.
I am still at goal and loving it. I never used to weigh every day, but I like seeing the numbers so well I want to see them every morning.
It is supposed to get up to 60 today so my little dog will get a nice long walk this morning. I am so thankful for the sun.

Hope you have a great day and enjoy the walk. It was supposed to warm up here but it did not. So we are still in the deep freeze X 2.

liv001 soon winter will be over and we will be complaining about the heat. I want to be able to put on shorts and a top and go out and play golf and have the energy to do it.

I had to lower my goal a couple weeks ago, never thought reducing your goal wad a good thing but here we are

well done on sticking to your goal weight. Happy for you. I am ready to see the little signs of Spring too. I am a garden enthusiast and love seeing the daffodils pushing up and buds on the trees and bushes.
