I didn't log my meals yesterday, my husband had a procedure at the hosp and I had to wait on him and take him home. It took the better part of the day. Then of course, my little dog had to go for her walk so she could take care of business. I don't mind because the walk does me just as much good as it does for her. When I got back from our walk, it was time to fix supper. I did the sensible thing and had a tossed salad with lots of veggies and grilled chicken on top. today I am back to keeping my food diary which I think is essential to a successful weight plan. The sun is out and we have really missed it for a couple of days. It was dismal and rainy Sunday and Monday. This is going to turn out to be a wonderful day.
