Woke at 233.4, up 1.2 after a low calorie day. Can't do anything except keep on keeping on. Started the day with a black coffee and then ate an omelet at 2 pm. Denise is doing Italian baked chicken for dinner. UPDATE: Weighed 233.6 at 6:30, so the waking weight is today's low. My body fat percentage read 19.8, which was great but has a lot to do with a high body water percentage. I drank a 20 ounce Pepsi Zero 90 minutes ago to check my blood sugar when drinking diet soda. Just got a 99 reading on glucose and a .3 mm ketones reading, so the diet sodas seem to be a wash. Still need to check it against alcohol.

I just had a 2 week break and gained 5 lbs. Not sure it is worth it. Ha Ha! Keep at it.
