I have to say, I didn't do as well last night as I did the night before. I didn't eat anything that was too high in calories, but I ate 2oo calories more than I should have. I only have a few more pounds to lose so I need to get off this ferris Wheel and get the job done. This gain a pound/lose a pound thing has me going in circles and not accomplishing my goal.

My goal is also 165 pounds (on a BMI calculator it is the highest weight that is in the 'normal' range for my height). Last time I hit that was back in August! However, 'in the mirror' not even I can tell the difference :) The whole thing is just 'annoying'. Good Luck!
