It is very cold here. That cold front made it's way down to the Ozarks. It was good to see my friends Eberg and HBC passing on some encouragement to me. Recording my food intake is just what I need to make myself accountable. I agree, the cold weather makes comfort food very desirable. My next goal is to get past Superbowl Sunday without a gain. We are having my daughter over and making chili and hot dogs. I am mentally preparing myself to eat the low carb version of my chili. I use green beans in place of the chili beans. I will make a special bowl for myself.
