Baby Steps:
As many of you know, I make big noises about exercise but then never follow through. I'm thinking maybe I've tried to jump in over my head, got discouraged and given up. So I am starting with baby steps.
After almost a year I finally got my Wii Fitness Plus reconnected. My "personal trainer" seemed pleasantly surprised to see me. Maybe he gave me a break because I'd lost 14.8 pounds since the last time I visited!
I also need to thank everyone who offered encouragement in Operation Weekend Watch. I am another pound down - only 19 more to reach my goal! But I owe my thanks to you for helping me through.
