Yup. I found when tracked macros it was not easy at first to get fat up and keep carbs down. But once I had a few of my favorite meals in rotation it took the guess work out and got easier.
Keep at it - it does get simpler.

Carbs turn up everywhere yes.
Yeah do liberal amounts of fat. You want the body to go into ketosis and then to become fat adapted
