Great workout today, didn't meet all my marks, but did achieve two new personal best: (1) Weighted wrist-rolls; (2) Most calories burned per minute since I started working out 5 years ago!. Here is the kicker, after completing my weighted hanging leg raises I did my lunges with 40 lb dumbbells. I felt horrible, and admitted to myself that I'm aging and going down hill whether I like it or not, and then I realized I still had the 5 lb ankle weights on, talk about a mood changer! Haha, still getting older, just not as fast as I first thought.
