Soooo.....Memorial Day....... yea last week was ALL screwed up. Memorial Day weekend is just one of the unavoidable weekends filled with fun and family, what can I say. We love to cook, we love to eat, so on holidays that's just what we do. It was fun......sad its over....but I had a nice 4 day weekend. Can't wait until 4th of July. Nontheless, today is a fresh start as I am diving head first back on the Medifast Diet completely, no excuses.....let's not even talk about weighing myself today or anytime before friday as that is SOOOO out of the question. Maybe not until next friday for real.....My bday is June 12th and I am hoping to be 330 by then.....

exactly...moving forward! Stress was another culprit in my over eating binges...but I am getting better now.
