Good Monday afternoon, fs!

Ok, double-up Monday off to a successful start. I did alpha total body circuit and beta upper focus. I still may jump on helga and i still have to walk with the doogie, but it is really cold out, so honestly idk how long we are going to be out there. Roommate is going to have her practice with her booties downstairs on the hardwood floor. She looked soooo confused and vulnerable when we tried them on her up here.

I looked through my journal from when i was doing better on my fitness and weightloss quest. Noted some recurring themes. I need to just get back to basics, basically.

Rm works tomorrow, Wednesday and maybe Thursday, so going to plan a mini-project or two. He is likely going up north for a few days upcoming so i will be happier with myself if i do some things.

Sounds like you are tearing up Monday! Great job with the exercise!! Wish I could see a video of your pup with the slippers - I bet it will be hysterical as she tries to navigate walking with them on. Great idea to line up some projects - I'm very good about writing my projects down but then somehow the follow-thru isn't quite what I envisioned...sigh! Enjoy your day!!
