This is a pinterestfail, but I promise it tastes better than it looks. The sauce is peanut butter thinned with almond milk and soy sauce. You can add honey/ maple syrup to sweeten it but the pb has sugar so I didn’t add any.

This is what it’s supposed to look like but I omitted the honey/maple syrup.

Looks pretty good...the red dress will happen!

Have you ever experimented with using peanut butter powder.? It has been a great addition to my nutritional arsenal. I mix the powder into plain yogurt and have occasionally used it as a sauce over chicken and rice. Also great as part of my lunch of yogurt, cottage cheese, blueberries and granola. I use the brand TruNut but there are several good ones out there.

Hi Kenna! Yes I have pb2! I used it in protein shakes but didn’t think to use it in cooking. Great idea!

Falci, I am on the Ketogenic Diet also known as low carb high fat diet. I lost 5 lbs in two weeks, that weight loss will slow down but I don’t feel hungry on it. Read these links to see if it’s something that suits you.

If you are just starting out I would suggest that you do a bit of research so you understand how the diet works and what is expected. Lots of info out there. Just GOOGLE something like “beginners guide to Keto”. I bet lots of stuff comes up.
