I've lost 4.6 pounds in 3 days of keto😱! I know it's a lot of fluid flushing out, but

still! It really works!!!

Yes, thank you for asking. I'm feeling great! A little hungry here and there, nothing unbereable.

In the beginning as you are heading towards ketosis do not be afraid to add fat to your meals to keep you feeling full. All you want know is the be able to keep carbs low and head for ketosis
