Goood Monday morning...advantage to time change...already been on zwift...was nice for a change to get ride in at 6am aand have it over...course I was awake at 330 am...ready to rock an roll

18.1 miles..1:12 on time...410 on elevation...

Today is walmart day...but my list keeps shrinking...eating only when hungry has its advantages...

At present time..setting up my fitness pal..it does a better job of showing me my progress...will...still journal here...but will no longer mess with food journal...my Nick is the same as here..should you want to add me...

Well...need to do the morning chores...would be time for breakfast..not even hungry...a good thing...

I love journaling here but I track on MFP too. It is so much easier, HCB. I have to go to Walmart today too. Just odds and ends I am out of.

I like map cause it’s a better setup for tracking everything...don’t plan to leave here..for now...checkup on eyes was about same as last time for anyone wit macular degeneration
