Is anyone else here a procrastinator? I seem to go in cycles. I get behind, work to catch up, and then fall behind again.
I assure you, this is diet related, because I procrastinate doing the things I need to do to lose weight as well.
Today I am thankful for a day to catch up. For my own good, I need to use it wisely.
