Good morning everyone - Serious geek coolness alert for me. I just got my Glucose test meter paired with an app on my phone so I can get the data from my test meter directly to a PDF to share with my health care team. No more hand transferring data to a spread sheet. One click and it syncs. Of course while I am in awesome mode setting this up - I am at 65 - arrrggghhh. Thanks Pancreas (not) for making this exciting. I am really happy to get this data so I can send it to my endocrinologist to help make good dosing decisions. I hope that everyone finds some excitement on their journey today.

Jenjabba - no CGM yet...I am still looking to make sure it works with my life. it is going to be a discussion with the healthcare team.

At the very least, if insurance covers the CGM, it shows you exactly how you're responding to your food and insulin! It's a HUGE EYE OPENER , and might help you get the dose down. No long term commitment and it's totally GEEKY! SYNCS to your PHONE, even set alarms for too low and too high glucose! Win/win . 😀
