Day 47: Daughters birthday party so I will be in tempation city but I plan on eating lil bit before i start putting the foods out. So i fig if I am not staving I should be good...No I will be good.

Yes...you will do good. Remind yourself how you will feel after eating bad food....bad. Tell yourself it's just for one day that you say no to the bad foods. Whatever works to help you accomplish your goals. I blackmail my brain all the time! ;-)

It will be tough, but I know your tougher. Besides that you'll be burning calories as you chase the kiddies around! Happy birthday to your daughter.

Thank you I will tell her. Anyways as u guys can see I did not cheat at all. I stayed wway within my calories and chased kids so it turned out great. Even was told by one of her friends that it was the best party this yr...lol

Yes I feel great abt staying on track and thanks to my husband he help to do the running around to pick up stuff for party and made all the goodie bags for the kids. Cause last few days I have had hardly any sleep so he was the most amazing super dad today and him taking that on gave me time to prepare my foods.
