I said I would post pics of the beginning of my exercises post injury and after I returned to 100% of my regular. The first three are week one at 10% of exercises, last three are at 100%. Sorry about the poor pics, I never take decent pics. I still need about three weeks to get back to where I was, and at 57 it's really an uphill (over the hill) battle. Fives years ago I was nearly 50 lb heavier, and no muscles at all. At 54 I looked the best I ever have and then had a tendon delaminate off my shoulder and set me back two years. Hard work will pay off. You get what you want. Want junk, you get a junky body. You want health and to look well-work for it and study.

Humm, small-but the come as they are, don't get any bigger or smaller no matter what I eat or how much I exercise. Odd comment

Thanks guys for all the compliments and encouragement.If an obese 50 something can get down near the 12% range any of us can (bar medical conditions), swing for the fences.
