After a defeat report Monday, I have achieved a new personal best. At approx 160 lbs I measured my biceps and discovered the right one is 15-3/4" and the left is 15-3/8." I think that's pretty good for an old fart. Keep swinging for the fences y'all.

Scalewatcher3, age might not define me, but it sure tells me what I'm allowed to do.

Your response made me laugh. Age whispers the same message in my ear.

Hmmmm... you're just about the same age as my hubby... now I'm wondering about the size of his biceps. :D I think I'll just go with "big", although I wouldnt have a clue what measurement would count as big or small (but unlike you he doesn't have a six pack, it's more like a one-beach-ball-pack).

:D As the "15 something inches" doesn't mean anything to me (I don't have the habit of measuring guys biceps!)... I asked to measure hubby's. :D Hes 14 and a half... so there you go - now I'm quite impressed with yours (hubby's got big muscles considering he doesn't work out at all... everything on him is muscle - even his 15kg overweight tummy is rock hard. Not a wobble in sight... 2 decades together and he's ballooned outwards on the belly, and I've turned into a layer of wobbly jelly. Hahaha!). Hubby approves too, his exact words were "that's a decent size".
