Fasting...good Tuesday morning...one of the things I bought at Walmart was Himalayan salt...wanted to start fasting longer..have heard at hour 18..that is the hardest hour to get past..so decided this morning when I woke up..330am..be a good day to fast a little longer then usual...started at noon yesterday..just now 411 am...just walked into kitchen and did alittle salt ...food left my mind...not sure how long the fast will last..

Have some errands today...means dressing warm..burning off the extra flab is a good thing..until winter..when you miss the warmth..lol..

Would like to zwift after 12 pm today..that would be 24 hours..not sure yet..today’s ride is Watopia..and the hill i wanted to ride yesterday..have to wait an see how energy levels are...have noticed that being off sugar and carbs..I go back into ketones faster..I even noticed yesterday when at Walmart..was on cookie aisle..and didn’t even think twice about them...that’s not to say that I don’t think about Dairy Queen and a blizzard...but my body is insulin resistant and just doesn’t work like it’s suppose to...so being in a keto lifestyle works for me...years ago...before man came up with all these great foods...his body was able to digest food better...then came all the supposedly better foods...for some great..for others..not so great..

Welp..need to get up...have some coffee...get the caffeine circulating..lol...get up and moving...today was gonna be prep day...but that might have to be put on hold...

Have a great Tuesday....

25.5 hour fast..decided to quit and eat..riding took more out of me then I expected it to..lots of energy..but doing hill..depleted my electrolytes faster..even though I was drinking them as I rode...

The energy level when fasting is unbelievable....but if your gonna do high intensity workouts...good idea to prep for it..lesson learned...

I'll remember your advice. I rarely fast due to low blood sugar and low blood pressure issues.
