Got back from my trip last night - great time in Montreal- but fasting, watching sugars and carbs went out the window - my official weigh in that I will record is Friday but looks like it is going to be a horrible week - I checked this morning and I am up almost 4 pounds - I know some of that is water but stand on that scale was worse than any hangover!
