Day 37: Still on track with my food s but have been slacking with my exercise so in about an hour I need to get my butt up and start walking cause I cant feel that I am feeling lazy again and had much more energy when i was exercising.

I had to get my butt out of bed this morning because I was feeling a little lazy. I have now gotten a few things done around the house and soon I will be out of the house running errands and going to the gym later for an end of summer celebration. You can do it Bonthronm!!! I have faith in you. :)

love you guys:) thanks.. I think I am feeling under the weather but I am still going to get my butt going. Husband had air conditioner on all night and it got really cold. But again thanks guys..
