Lately I’ve been wanting to do nothing but eat and I can’t figure out why. Never have I had a problem with telling myself no but for some reason it won’t stop. Not sure wtf is going on. Trying to stick to 1200 cals to kick start some more wt loss but I’m wondering if I should be doing something else. Cheat day ? Not sure but I’m trying not to gain wt. I figured I’d give myself a break from all the wt loss and let my body just be for a bit. I dunno lol 😂

Did you try stepping down in small increments to get to 1200 calories or was this a sudden drop? Sometimes our bodies react in rebellious ways when we shock it.

Since last Wednesday you've been eating a lot more protein. For me those levels give me extreme hunger lately. Just a thought.

I second what From371to184 said, especially if that's the case. Also, maybe your body is unhappy with your macros? With caloric restriction like what you are doing, some bodies prefer more fat. Some bodies prefer more carbs. Some prefer more protein. You might be doing more of one thing, when your body wants more of something else. Maybe your body is telling you that it is not happy with your macros rn, that it wants more of something, and it's yelling for help. If you want to figure this one out, change your macros for a while. For example: Like one/week day, eat more complex carbs. Another day/week eat more omega fats. Another day/week eat lean protein. Your body will tell you what it's happier eating. Or it could be that you are eating something that your body dislikes. For me, it's fried food. Anyway, I hope you can figure out what your body is trying to tell you, G_ortegam. I wish you the very best on your journey!

Well yes to everything! My body is crazy atm and I’m just trying to analyze the crap out of it. I haven’t been eating as healthy as I should and been eating way more protein than I need for my macros. I just thinking I need to shake it up a bit!

And sometimes there is just no explanation! I am often hungry after a perfect meal. Fight it and it will go away eventually I tell myself! 📣

why are you not eating healthy as you should?? Why switching to more protein which I don't personally have a problem with. Just trying to figure out what you mean. if you have a particular craving you can not figure out?? that happens to me sometimes, I just don't know what I really want.
