I better go to bed. It's really too early but I seem to be starting a binge. I stupidly ate another Quest bar. My day was fine until a few minutes ago. Off to bed and to read a mystery novel.

I've started posting my wgt. weekly. This first week is a little disappointing but eating more carbs and blood sugar is staying normal.
