Hey you all ... what are your Keto Fat-bomb hacks ?? At the mo I find it really difficult to get up to the 120 fat grams, a day or the 80 grams Protein am supposed to have!! I'd love some of your sneaky tips :) What is the most protein dense meat .. I was trying lots of pusles and nuts oh and natural yoghurt.. but I just haven't been able to get there:)

Chicken for meat, but egg whites is the most dense complete protein.

Maybe not a traditional "fat bomb" but I make a "pudding" with 60g mascarpone cheese, 1 T heavy whipping cream, 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 3/4 tsp Swerve, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. 32.18 fat, 3.64 carb (.39 in FS but I don't include sugar alcohol Swerve) and 2.64 protein. This is using Murray's mascarpone. Trader Joe mascarpone has less carbs and more protein but I don't like texture as much.

Aslo if you like lemon I blend (with a spoon) 60 g mascarpone, 1 Tbsp heavy wihpping cream and fresh lemon juice to flavor. Yum:)

wild salmon is a good one, higher protein and good fat, fried in olive oil or butter and you have a higher fat meal. leaner meat is higher in protein, but you need the fat. bacon you have to eat quite a bit but you get fat and protein in equal portions. cocao butter is a nice fat additive to coffee if you drink it and a good add to hot drinks or fat bombs. Any fat bomb. If you are not sensitive to nuts, you can modify any fat bomb recipe and add coconut unsweetened of coarse. coconut butter. Princess made a variation of the cheesecake fat bomb and added nuts and blueberries. you have to be careful of the carbs, but if you can have cheese, cheesecake fat bomb is a good choice. I love chocolate and there are a ton of recipes with those, just look up keto fat bombs and lists are endless.

My favorite easy fat bomb is 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 1 t vanilla, 3-4T Swerve confectioners. Blend and freeze into about 20 portions. You can add peppermint, strawberries, or whatever to add different flavors. Sometimes I make a chocolate coating out of 8 sq melted bakers chocolate (unsweetened), 3T swerve conf, and 1 T coconut oil. One "bomb" has less than 1g carbs and almost 5g fat.

And don't forget the classic: COFFEE! I like to add 1TB of coconut oil and 1TB butter. Blend with 1ts of cinnamon. YUMMM!

Ohh I looked at your diet calender and love what you eat. Very similar to me when in not doing crazy carnivore now lol. Ok, so I plan my day around the protein. I know I can't get 80 without planning a meal around a protein choice. Just look how many oz you need to reach it and that's it. You'll have to give up something like some cheese or nuts or or, to get it in if your watching calories but that's the only way. Then for fat I cook on butter, make it a sauce, your doing great! I hope you can bust the plateau.

I have done very simple ones, with coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa, and stevia. Personal preference on stevia. I've also added in Almond butter. Super easy...

I try to cook everything in butter. And butter in coffee mixed in my bullet. Not bullet proof exactly...I got keto feast for the times I don't feel like cooking. Expensive but quick and easy. I add half and half to whatever I can. I usually add 4 tbsp of butter per day to my dishes. That usually bombs me out.

Yep! I’m a eggs, red meat, and salmon guy on the protein and butter and coconut oil on the fat deal! Living fat! 😎. Oh yeah love me some grape juice too! 😜
