Sometimes it is easy to let the scale determine your mood for the day. Today I jumped onto the scale after committing I would only step on it once a week. I was up a lb... SO frustrating! 4 months of a changed lifestyle, 4 months of working out everyday, 4 months of food prep... Today I look at my picture, I look at my measurements, and I look at my now much lower my BF percentage is at 18.3%!! Nobody loves their before picture but its days like this that I am thankful that I have progress pictures!! Its a reminder that the scale is only one factor. Living a healthy lifestyle and having abs are the ultimate goals not my weight!!

I refused to take a before picture. It was too embarrassing. I looked like an egg on legs. But I see your point! I did not lose weight for 2 months after having 23 points slip right off in 2 months. But, I went from a size 20, or 2x, pants to a size 14. Even though the scale was unforgiving, I made great progress in reducing my torso with exercise. It looks like you are having the same experience. :-)
