Hi Everyone!
I'm Kara. A hard working mother of two boys. Crew is 3 and Cash is 4 month old.
I am an avid crossfitter, going on 4 years now. I love a good workout and crossfit holds me accountable and challenges me daily!
I'm here because I believe that tracking food is one of the best ways to become more aware of what you are actually eating. Also because my coach suggested it :)
When I was pregnant with Cash, I gained roughly 60lbs, putting me around 240. I am almost back down to pre-baby weight and fitting into my pre-baby jeans and clothing, but my body still has a lot more change to go through to put me back to where I am feeling good and comfortable in my skin. My goal is to weight 155 by September. This is the weight where I feel very fit and healthy! In order to achieve this goal I will need to lose 7 pounds every month.
My plan is to eat very strict paelo 95% of the time, while crossfiting 3 days a week and running 2 days a week. I am also signing up for a 1/2 in the fall :)
Looking forward to taking this journey with all of you.
