Hope this new weigh in survives the day. So my wife made 2, that’s TWO pineapple upside down cakes and a huge bowl of 7 layer Mexican dip and got chips for a family bbq feast tonite. Woe is me!!! I dodged some bullets at lunch by eating protein. 5 medium ribs and 2 chicken wings and some collard greens but had A piece of her cake. I’m glad our family loves to eat so they can eat all that other stuff with no leftovers for us.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
