Day 13 just weigh myself again and I am still at the same weight.. ugh

I know your frustration, just keep at it. That is always my downfall is getting discouraged when I don't lose and then free falling into bad food choices. You'll get there. It is always a good thing when you don't go up on the scale, right? :)
