I haven't weighed in lately. Am kind of afraid to! I have been desperately ill for the last 10 days. Barely moving, much less exercising. Eating whatever was easiest to obtain. Am better today. Went to the gym and did weight training but was still too wiped out for cardio. I haven't been this sick in many years. I will weigh in tomorrow am.

take care of yourself and don't worry about the scales at the moment, the clothes are a better indication about if you are gaining or not. hope you feel better soon and eventually cardio can be done after weight training. remember walking is a good cardio, it might be light but its something and usually good for when not feeling the greatest.

I hope that you feel better. Dont worry about exercising when you are sick. Just worry about getting better. Girl I have waited to put my weight in I kept going up and down. I started my period so was happy to know it was that making the scale go crazy and my cravings. I wanted chocolate, chips and steak. I finally gave in and bought a pint of chocolate icecream and ate all of it. I stayed away from the chips. It is crazy how long it has taken to lose 1 pound. Get better and you will be your old self soon. I will keep you in my prayers.
