Back in the right direction. I am doing 8 hours per week of hard cardio and weight training. I just don't know why I am not dropping weight. But at least it is going back down now.

Well...at least it is a pound in the right direction. I wonder if I am getting too many calories in alcohol? I drink wine a few times a week and an additional mixed drink once in a while. I had better cut back on that!

I just don't know what is going on. How can I be heavier? I'm working out like a fiend and don't eat that much. I am honestly stymied!

I'm doing 1 full hour of weight training and 30 minutes of pretty hard cardio 4 times per week. I'm clearly building a good muscle structure ... under the remaining fat that I can't seem to lose!
