Wow I cant believe how I am only at lil over 1200 calories and I am so full there is no way I can eat any more.. I am drinking tons of water. Someone told me to eat at least 1600-1800 calories but I dont think I can fit it in. So glad I have decied to take over my own body I could have easliy went way over 3000 calories just sitting at fast food place. So thankful for eveyones help and for a friends son that showed me this web site

I don't know if you are diabetic, but if you are not, then something else that helps fill me up is to eat an apple or some fruit. Apples are a good source of fiber and they can be very filling. One of the trainers that I work with suggested that I eat an apple before the dinner meal each day and then I won't want to eat as much for dinner.

If you need to get to a healthy calorie count for the day and you don't want to eat anything I suggest a glass of milk, and if you want to treat yourself, a glass of chocolate milk. I do chocolate soy milk, and it is delicious, and 8 oz is only 160 calories. It helps get me over 1500 for the day, which is what my doctor told me is a healthy number to eat.
