good Thursday morning waking up this morning with a better head on my shoulders went to bed last night slept better than usual feel kind of good to be able to stretch out it in the bed can lay down recliner was okay but it was getting old.....

slept pretty close to 8 hours and was back up and moving at 4 a.m. felt pretty good for a change to be up that early and getting things done.....

in the fitness room at the moment no I'm not on the exercise bike but I did turn the computer on so I can get my virus programs and my malware programs caught back up trying to decide how I want to set up the room to use it once I'm able to.... feeling better about riding inside if that's what happens after my recovery time.... I enjoy riding too much and so I got to make it work for me whether it's summertime or winter time I have to enjoy the way things are set up to keep active at it...

I kind of think maybe I was sleeping too much and like I said had too much time to think about everything things will work out they always do maybe not the way you want them to but that's just life.....


always a new challenge regardless of whether its food, activity, or whatever


feeling so much better about everything today maybe sleeping in bed last night was a good thing that's when I got up this morning I felt more refreshed and like my head was back in the right place

I also meditated first thing this morning...soon as I got up an got in recline...but yes getting rest in bed was nice..

Getting ready to go to Walmart like everything getting outside shorts on is a challenge as well I have two hands and two arms to do things again would be nice I know it's coming

All the thanks go to millalite ..reminding me...as you all have..gotta pay your dues before you can enjoy the light at the end of this long tunnel called life...we all face situations from day to day...just gotta stay strog...and learn from it to be a stronger and a better you....
