Having iced coffee and some deep thought about weight loss. But really i am procrastinating t25 haha! I love steven anthony's sweet (and spoiled) "crumbcake." I do not know why, but every day before i work out i get nervous. And every day i have to remind myself i have done this before and i CAN do it!

I have two nsvs from yesterday: 1) i worked out hard. I really tried to give it an extra little "oomph." As the laziest person i know, that is worth noting and it made me feel good about myself! 2) i have an L shaped sectional sofa and since i got it i cannot get into the chaise part without so much acrobatics that it has not been worth it. I climbed in there yesterday with less trouble. Still needs work though.

Alright, i will stop playing on fs and go do my t25 now...

Ty millalite! Ok i will try to inspire you, lol. I have found the instructor's personality/manner really makes a difference to me. I just adore shaun t, lol. I am not as much of a fan of chalene. Definitely let me know when you start t25!

You're doing so well with the exercising and the abs. Is t25 dancing? ShaunT does dancing right? Those dancing videos looked fun on tv.

Hi cjodyssey! I am doing a shaun t program called cize, and that is hip hop dancing. It is a total blast! T25 is just nonstop calisthenics, but each workout is only 25 mins. I would say it is less fun than cize, but i like it in a weird way. It is like playing a masochistic game of "simon says" every day. Shaun t also does the insanity ones. I never (n-e-v-e-r) thought i could do these (although in the past that has not stopped me from purchasing plenty of programs i never used). But youtube has been my friend this time around. I have found heavy ppl doing these and doing modifications. So that gave me some confidence to get started. I still don't think i would be able to do insanity, but i am learning to never say never!
